Over more than 20 years, she has managed enterprise-scale commercial real estate and workplace operations for organizations including the Department of Defense, the World Bank, Aimco Apartments, and Lakou Events, overseeing more than 2.5 million square feet of portfolio experience.
Sherra founded Allira to bring that same enterprise-level discipline to mid-market companies — organizations with 100 to 1,500 employees that face the same complex workplace transitions as Fortune 500 firms, but without an in-house real estate team to manage them.
Based in Philadelphia, Sherra leads Allira's client engagements across the Eastern region and beyond, with the flexibility to support clients remotely nationwide. She is known throughout her career for dependable leadership, sharp problem-solving, and an ability to unite teams around a shared vision.
