Sherra Kolade is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Allira, a company she built with intention, integrity, and a deep belief that clear, people-centered project leadership can transform the way organizations move and grow. Based in Philadelphia, Sherra brings more than 15 years of experience in business operations, real estate development, construction, and change management.
Throughout her career, Sherra has contributed to impactful work with the Department of Defense, The World Bank, Lakou Events, and Aimco Apartments. Across every role, she has been recognized for dependable leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and her ability to bring teams together around a shared vision. Her strengths in program design, governance, and service delivery continue to shape Allira’s approach today.
