Lakou Events, a cherished local hub for celebrations, entrusted Allira with the task of overcoming obstacles in visibility, marketing, operations, and organizational structure. Acknowledging these challenges, Allira meticulously identified operational gaps, formulated customer and employee-centric processes, and established a structured framework for success. Despite the unexpected challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Allira’s adaptability shone through as she explored outdoor alternatives for Lakou Events’ 2-acre facility in Mount Laurel, NJ. This adaptability became the cornerstone of a comprehensive business model.
In her capacity as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for Lakou Events, Allira led the team through a holistic process, conducting onsite surveys, orchestrating vendor interviews, evaluating proposals, approving contracts, and meticulously examining the customer journey, both in-person and online. The outcome was the successful division of Lakou Events into three distinct entities—Lakou Events, Lakou Kitchen, and Lakou Mount Laurel. Allira’s strategic approach provided each entity with clear focus, delineated milestones, specified objectives, and high-level action items for leadership. Through unwavering communication and collaboration, Allira addressed challenges head-on, resulting in a well-executed marketing campaign, increased customer traffic, a redesigned website, and consistent profits year-round. Allira’s transformational efforts not only solidified Lakou Events’ position but also laid the foundation for sustained growth and enduring success.
