Sherra Kolade created a seamless relocation plan for over 500 residents within Sterling Apartment Homes to make room for the latest amenities and enhancements now available. Ms. Kolade meticulously planned and executed the transition plan for each resident, ensuring a hassle-free experience. From identifying the perfect moving company through detailed scope creation, reviewing proposals, and conducting interviews to hiring the right vendor. She worked closely with vendors to meet project objectives and craft a unique operational plan, to tackle challenges alongside the Construction Services team.

On moving days, Sherra Kolade was on the front lines, arriving early to survey travel paths, secure freight elevators, and confirm schedules. Acting as the crucial liaison between the moving team, construction crew, and property manager, she ensured each move was smooth, including the gym and pool. The result was an exceptional community-designed apartment in the heart of Center City’s historic epicenter, which boasted three centuries of architectural beauty.
